Brow offers a full-featured free tier with 40+ tools. We encourage you to try brow Free before upgrading to Brow Pro. This way, you can evaluate the app and ensure it meets your needs before making a purchase.
If you purchased a Brow Pro subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
Refunds apply to the initial subscription purchase only. Auto-renewal charges are not eligible for a refund, as you may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date.

You may cancel your Brow Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to Pro features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Upon receiving a refund, your Brow Pro license will be revoked and you will be downgraded to Brow Free. You may continue using all free features without interruption.
If you purchased Brow Pro through a third-party platform, please contact that platform directly for refund assistance, as we cannot process refunds for purchases made outside our direct channels.
